Job Summary

Lead Quality Assurance for complex z/OS projects by designing and executing manual and automated testing strategies. Develop test automation in a z/OS environment, create test plans and cases, and rigorously track defects and regression results. Build and maintain test environments, monitor QA metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve quality engineering practices while staying current with new tools and testing approaches.

•Review and analyze enhancements to z/OS system products.
•Develop testing strategies and test plans for z/OS products.
•Create and maintain test automation in a z/OS environment.

•Track QA metrics, build and maintain test environments, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality.

Salary: INR 1,303,050 - 2,171,750 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience.
•Strong z/OS experience, including JCL, JES, ISPF, and SDSF.
•Working experience with Python and test automation using Playwright and Robot Framework.
•Ability to create test strategy, test cases, and test execution plans for z/OS products.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines, plus strong communication and attention to detail.
