Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-country Communications M&S subject matter expert support for Collins Aerospace CBL activities.
  • •Teach and facilitate Communications Systems and M&S concepts as part of the CBL Foundations Course.
  • •Provide academic support and mentoring to students to ensure successful course completion, and assess understanding/proficiency.
  • •Develop communications systems models and simulations and perform in-lab M&S project design, planning, execution, and analysis.
  • •Support instructional systems design, OJT/mentoring for CBL staff, course development, and installation of the Connected Battlespace Lab at a UAE site.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • •Understanding of Arabic culture and ability to teach and work in the program’s Islamic environment.
  • •12+ years of communications systems experience.
  • •5+ years of M&S experience.
  • •Experience teaching/mentoring junior technical personnel or students.
