Job Summary

Enable Scrum within one or two squads by acting as a servant leader—removing impediments, coaching Scrum practices, and facilitating key Scrum events with focus and time-boxing. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable plans, support transparent Scrum artifacts, and strengthen collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Partner with the Product Owner to refine the Product Backlog and user stories to maximize delivery value while providing visibility to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve Scrum Team needs by removing obstacles, empowering ownership, and protecting team focus during the Sprint.
•Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure they are effective, focused, and time-boxed.
•Coach teams on Scrum practices to foster self-organization, continuous improvement, and incremental changes.
•Support the Product Owner with Product Backlog management, user story refinement, and prioritization to maximize value delivery.
•Ensure Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts) are transparent and up to date, and provide key metrics to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
•Ability to lead, educate, and coach teams on Scrum practices, principles, and values.
•Proven problem-solving skills and ability to improve efficiency and delivery predictability.
•Experience with documentation and lifecycle management.
