Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and development of hero brand campaigns that build long-term brand equity and market relevance.
  • •Translate brand vision, positioning, customer insight, and business priorities into clear campaign strategies and creative briefs.
  • •Guide creative development from conception through execution to ensure campaigns are emotionally resonant, on-brand, and culturally relevant.
  • •Partner closely with Consumer Insights, Media, PR, Social, Integrated Marketing, and Merchandising to develop integrated campaigns across touchpoints.
  • •Orchestrate global campaign launch and sustain strategy; track and analyze in-market performance (including social listening) and propose improvements.
