Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first point of contact for customers and deliver exceptional customer service on inbound requests.
•Meet sales objectives and targets by driving successful sales outcomes.
•Educate customers as a product and services evangelist, leveraging product knowledge to build confidence.
•Close deals by addressing objections and providing support needed to complete sales.
•Identify and execute upsell opportunities based on prospect needs and listening.
