Key Responsibilities

•Lead Manufacturing pre-sales (solutioning) by translating customer priorities into high-impact use cases and technical demos/prototypes across manufacturing domains
•Oversee Proof-of-Value (POV) execution, technical discovery, and value workshops with internal teams; communicate architecture, value opportunities, and roadmaps to C-suite and operations leaders
•Provide post-sales technical guidance and account management to drive implementations, adoption, and ROI thresholds with Services and Partner teams
•Define and share best practices for client operating models and governance; lead QBRs and design expansion roadmaps to drive enterprise-wide adoption and value realization
•Drive process transformation and AI enablement by aligning process intelligence with AI/LLM tools to move from rule-based automation to intelligent systems

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or highly technical customer success roles with post-sale involvement to drive implementations and manage enterprise accounts
•In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes with experience in Supply Chain Operations, Production/Shopfloor Management, Quality Assurance, or PLM
•Solid knowledge of Python and/or SQL; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); experience with BI tools, RPA, and data-driven dashboards/automation
•Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to present to VP+ and C-suite stakeholders
•Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, engineering, mathematics, supply chain management, or related field
