Job Summary

Support production of complex radar products and test sets as part of a production support team under an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in McKinney. You will manage component obsolescence, troubleshoot test sets and circuit card assemblies down to component level (including analog, digital, RF, and power), analyze test data against specifications, and read/interpret engineering drawings and schematics while maintaining production and sustainment timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage component obsolescence identification and mitigation.
•Troubleshoot test sets down to component level, including analog and digital interfaces (including software).
•Troubleshoot hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/module and component levels, including analog/digital/RF/power circuitry and interfaces.
•Work in a team environment to maintain production and sustainment timelines.
•Analyze product test data to ensure test specifications are met and read/interpret engineering drawings, parts lists, wire lists, and schematics.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
•Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits, including isolating failures to root cause.
•Experience reading and interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.
•Experience with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
•Experience working on a production program, with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance post-start (U.S. citizenship required).
