Job Summary

Join the GBS Mid Market team in Korea to drive digital advertising sales across Wellness, Food & Beverage, Fashion, and Beauty verticals. Own and scale a portfolio of mid-market accounts while aggressively pursuing net-new advertiser acquisition. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, build data-led pitches, and manage pipeline from initial conversations through upsells and onboarding.

•Own and scale a dedicated portfolio of mid-market accounts across F&B, Wellness & Apparel verticals.
•Actively hunt and drive net-new advertiser acquisition by identifying prospects, pitching TikTok’s value proposition, and onboarding new clients.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable impact.
•Develop data-led narratives, presentations, and sales proposals translating client objectives into TikTok growth and performance strategies.
•Manage the sales pipeline and partnership progress for new acquisition opportunities and existing account up-sells through execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or partnerships.
