Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the monthly reporting cycle: push actuals into Pigment and produce the Corporate Reporting pack.
  • •Own the forecast cycle behind the ARR and EBITDA outlook.
  • •Manage the reporting calendar and ensure the team meets deadlines.
  • •Reconcile P&L and SaaS KPIs, chase down mismatches, and keep planning/reporting data updated.
  • •Automate reporting by improving AI routines/agents, fixing broken automation, removing manual steps, and building data checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to three years in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, transaction services, or business analytics (a strong internship counts).
  • •Detail-oriented and able to investigate root causes when numbers look wrong.
  • •A degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or a similarly quantitative field.
  • •Strong spreadsheet skills with clear formulas and structure someone else can follow.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
