Job Summary

Oversee smooth daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia, ensuring readiness during high-volume periods. You will lead shift coverage, training sessions, and coaching for processing staff, manage inventory and ordering with audits, and troubleshoot facility, tech, and hardware issues. Partner with Property and Customer Success teams to keep sites and licensees ready for launches, spikes, and big orders while managing ZenDesk tickets end to end.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts.
•Lead training and meeting sessions for processing staff, including coaching shift leads.
•Manage inventory and ordering, including daily inventory reviews and storage/common area audits.
•Troubleshoot processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues and address facility/tech/space problems with stakeholders.
•Manage ZenDesk tickets from open to close and support P&L understanding for operational impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
•3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
•Strong organizational skills with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
•Ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.
•Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (essential).
