Manager - Customer Funded Development

Lead and manage a team of utility engineering professionals supporting customer-funded development activities, including project scoping, cost estimates, and preparation for customer review and interconnection agreements. Coordinate with NYISO on generator interconnection requests, facility studies, and cluster studies, and partner with internal teams to support load growth. Review and approve projects through governance and gateway processes, manage external consultants, and communicate system needs and decision rationale at executive and technical levels.
