Key Responsibilities

•Shape the Agent Success function and lay the groundwork for its operations at Decagon
•Build meaningful partnerships with customers and act as their strategic advisor
•Co-pilot customers through deployment from scoping to adoption and value realization
•Continuously learn product features and AI industry context to become a best-practices expert
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 135,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS environment
•Proven experience managing large customers and driving high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders
•Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
•Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills
•Business understanding of GTM sales processes and strong technical acumen (coding not required)
