Job Summary

Drive end-to-end programs for Games Data Science & Engineering, aligning telemetry pipelines, experimentation infrastructure, and studio-facing analytics with platform and studio priorities. Partner with data scientists, data engineers, platform engineers, and game studio teams to manage cross-functional dependencies, deliver studio analytics tooling from concept to launch, and provide clear program health visibility. Build technical fluency to evaluate risks and trade-offs across the games data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end program delivery for Games Platform DSE initiatives, including telemetry instrumentation, data pipeline and metrics infrastructure, and game quality/performance measurement systems.
•Serve as the TPM interface between Games DSE and game studio partners, scoping requirements and delivering studio-facing analytics tooling from concept through launch.
•Drive experimentation and measurement infrastructure programs, delivering A/B testing and holdout methodologies with experiment configuration tooling for platform and studios.
•Develop technical depth across games data architecture (telemetry ingestion, warehouse patterns, event schemas, and orchestration) to identify technical risks and evaluate trade-offs.
•Manage cross-functional dependencies across Games Engineering, Games DSE, studio teams, and central data platform teams, resolving conflicts and aligning shared standards.

Travel: Low travel
