Job Summary

Build customer relationships and grow deposits, loans, and fee-based services as a Retail Personal Banker II. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service. Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to create customer profiles, cross-sell with business partner referrals, and meet customer experience and production goals, while following risk and conduct policies.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Establish working relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•SAFE Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
