Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase, receive, secure, stock, store, and inventory house supplies and goods.
  • •Check in deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, following approval processes as required.
  • •Secure and inventory liquor, wine, and consumables; input invoices and liquor transfers as needed.
  • •Rotate inventory to ensure freshness of product and properly secure received items, including perishable goods.
  • •Maintain and organize storerooms and receiving/back-dock areas; manage linen and recyclables pickup/delivery and fulfill band riders as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of previous purchasing/receiving experience.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs waist high with the aid of a hand truck.
  • •High School diploma.
  • •Ability to follow purchase order and approval processes for goods ordered.
  • •Maintain standards for product freshness, storage, and rotation of perishable goods.
