Purchasing/Receiving

Purchase, receive, secure, and inventory venue supplies, including perishable goods. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, manage approvals, and rotate stock to maintain freshness. Secure liquor, wine, and consumables, input invoices and liquor transfers, and maintain organized storerooms and receiving/back-dock areas. Support operations by fulfilling band riders, handling linen/recycling pickups and deliveries, and coordinating with service agencies as needed.
