Key Responsibilities

  • •Build consultative, trusted relationships with c-level executives and technical decision makers and provide business and technical thought leadership.
  • •Define customer strategy with account teams; identify and close complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption aligned to customer product and business roadmaps.
  • •Design and apply Stripe solutions to customer challenges, creating end-to-end transformation journeys, future roadmaps, and architectures with third-party integrations.
  • •Conduct business analysis and background research on customers, industries, and competitors to support customer growth.
  • •Lead strategy engagements (discovery, executive briefings, workshops, solution demos) and participate in sales forecasting, QBRs, and territory planning; travel approximately 25% to collaborate in person.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English and French.
  • •7+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer) for a global software enterprise.
  • •Experience in the payments/billing/invoicing/issuing/banking/fintech space.
  • •Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures; coding background in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, Go is a plus.
  • •Strong executive engagement, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
