Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with crew, dump trucks, and paving equipment; use hand or audio signals when aligning with machinery.
•Pre-shift/post-shift inspection for damage or wear, routine maintenance, and reporting malfunctions; document daily production and issues.

Key Requirements

•High school education or GED preferred but not required.
•Hold a Class B Commercial Drivers License with a good driving record.

•Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
