Key Responsibilities

  • •Support M&A transactions, joint ventures, minority investments, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions by maintaining deal checklists and data rooms, coordinating closing activities, and tracking post-closing deliverables.
  • •Coordinate strategic projects by preparing agendas, distributing documents, and tracking action items.
  • •Route, track, and maintain transaction documents.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate routine agreements with supervision.
  • •Assist with regulatory filings (including CFIUS, HSR, other merger-control and antitrust filings, and foreign direct investment filings) and facilitate transaction approval processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,530 - 129,480 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated corporate paralegal experience supporting M&A transactions, joint ventures, minority investments, acquisitions/"acqui-hires," and other strategic transactions.
  • •Significant experience with due diligence, corporate governance, compliance, or post-closing integration.
  • •Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) or a paralegal certification.
