Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain the Tableau reporting suite with high performance and data accuracy.
•Consult with internal stakeholders to convert business needs into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
•Collaborate with the data warehouse team to influence data modeling and schema design for analytical needs.
•Identify trends and growth opportunities and provide clear “next step” recommendations to stakeholders.
•Lead end-to-end reporting project execution, from SQL extraction/transformation through visualization and walkthroughs, while enforcing BI best practices and documentation quality.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a BI or data analytics role, with iGaming or B2B software experience.
•Expert proficiency in Tableau and SQL, including writing complex, optimized queries for large datasets.
•Translate messy or incomplete requirements into structured, valuable reporting tools.
•Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate conflicting priorities, and present findings to non-technical audiences.
•Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data warehouse architecture.
