Operations Supervisor (I&E)

Lead safe, reliable facility and pipeline operations by supervising a team of technicians, training and coaching staff, and auditing critical safety procedures. Coordinate maintenance and operational priorities under the direction of the Operations Manager, verify work against policies, and support budgeting, forecasting, and operating cost analysis. Serve as a subject matter expert for process improvements while communicating outage plans and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships.
