Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily retail operations, ensuring outlets are fully prepared for opening, trading, and closing.
  • •Coordinate team deployment, break schedules, and sales-floor coverage to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • •Deliver shift briefings and align team members on sales priorities, promotions, safety requirements, and service expectations.
  • •Supervise Retail Associates, Cashiers, and Sales Associates, providing real-time coaching and support to maintain performance standards.
  • •Ensure POS accuracy and compliant cash handling, including till reconciliation, while supporting stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and operational reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school qualification or equivalent; a diploma in Retail, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
  • •At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or guest service operations, including supervising or coordinating frontline teams.
  • •Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, attractions, or other high-volume customer-facing environments.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and support team members.
  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus English proficiency (Arabic is advantageous).
