Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with clients in a KeyBank branch by having in-depth conversations (in person and by proactive calling) to identify financial wellness needs. Meet activity and sales goals while opening and expanding consumer and small business accounts and deposit/lending products. Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business specialists, manage centers of influence, and support teller/branch operations with strong compliance, risk awareness, and client-first service.

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering a positive banking experience.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products such as home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation and support of branch operations (including teller-line assistance as needed).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience), with effective customer relationship building skills.
•1+ year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology used to educate clients on mobile/apps and web capabilities.
