Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by handling product recovery/restock/destock and updating visual merchandising to directives
  • •Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll management and zone/visual support aligned to business needs
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and make necessary changes
  • •Coach associates in daily operations and guest experience, support recruitment and development, and participate in cross-functional training and store opening/closing to visual standards
