Job Summary

Drive Dell’s direct sales in the public sector by building trusted relationships with government and institutional clients. You’ll develop new accounts and expand existing ones, align technology solutions to public service digital transformation, manage territories and public tender opportunities, and collaborate with technical, legal, and pre-sales teams to deliver compliant, competitive proposals to senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep understanding of public sector customers’ priorities, challenges, and regulatory environments, including public tenders and framework agreements.
•Identify and position technology solutions aligned with digital transformation, modernization, and public service improvement initiatives.
•Increase share of spend across Dell’s portfolio of technology solutions within public sector accounts.
•Manage territories and/or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
•Collaborate with technical, legal, and pre-sales teams to deliver compliant, competitive proposals and engage regularly with key decision-makers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 110,000 - 151,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience selling technology solutions, ideally within the public sector.
•Strong understanding of public sector ecosystems, including procurement processes and regulatory considerations.
•Proven experience managing public tenders and competitive bidding processes.
•Excellent customer management and consultative selling skills.
•Ability to engage, influence, and present to senior stakeholders (CIOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers).
