Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop optimization models and algorithms to improve factory capacity utilization, throughput, cycle time, tool loading, and bottleneck management.
  • •Build mathematical models for capacity planning, production allocation, constraint identification, and investment prioritization.
  • •Partner with manufacturing and industrial teams to analyze tool capability, process flows, WIP movement, dispatching rules, and factory constraints; recommend optimization opportunities.
  • •Create predictive and prescriptive analytics models using large-scale manufacturing and planning datasets to forecast demand, detect abnormal patterns, and recommend actions.
  • •Translate analytical findings into actionable insights, quantify business impact, and collaborate with software engineering to deploy models into production systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or higher in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Strong experience with mathematical optimization, simulation, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
  • •Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical programming tools.
  • •Experience with optimization libraries/solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, Pyomo, PuLP, or equivalent.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver practical solutions.
