Key Responsibilities

•Own product initiatives across the AI security lifecycle - from how enterprises discover AI sprawl to how they govern AI agent behavior and enforce data protection.
•Collaborate with world-class R&D teams, engage CISOs and security architects at Fortune 500 companies to understand real-world constraints, and translate customer needs into product direction.
•Partner with GTM teams to ensure customer needs inform go-to-market strategy and product decisions.
•Navigate a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment and turn evolving market signals into clear product priorities.
•Contribute to building enterprise-grade AI security capabilities from scratch, shaping the vision and strategy for Cyera's AI security offerings.

Key Requirements

•You have a strong track record in B2B product management - ideally in security, data, or enterprise SaaS - but specific knowledge of any of these domains is less critical than authentic curiosity and a proven track record of building great products in a dynamic environment.
•Exceptional product taste and passion for creating delightful product experiences.
•You understand how large organizations actually operate: The compliance pressures, the procurement cycles, the gap between what security teams want and what they can deploy.
•You have a clear point of view on AI and where enterprise security is headed.
•You're as comfortable in a whiteboard session with an enterprise architect as you are deep in a research paper because something just dropped that changes everything.
