Job Summary

Support the lot operations team by assisting with the movement of vehicles within Vehicle Logistic Centers (VLC). Stage vehicles for recon, mechanical, transport, sales, and storage areas, prepare vehicles for auction or transport, and keep accurate records by logging services and scanning parked vehicles in AuctionTrac. You’ll also help ensure vehicles are road-worthy and operate under varying weather conditions, including manual snow removal when needed.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with staging and moving vehicles within Vehicle Logistic Centers for recon, mechanical, transport, sales, and storage areas.
•Prepare vehicles to move through the remarketing system, including marking, flagging, and staging as instructed.
•Prepare vehicles for auction or transport and ensure vehicles are in working order (e.g., boosting, adding gas, towing prep, filling tires).
•Accurately record services provided (fuel, tow, etc.) to support billing.
•Scan parked vehicles in the AuctionTrac system to maintain accurate inventory and record vehicle movement on the lot.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Full Class 5 Driver's License.
•Be safety conscious and lead by example to ensure safe, cautious operations.
•Have basic computer and smartphone skills.
•Demonstrate basic vehicle knowledge.
•Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
