Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Execute daily retail operations (cash wrap, inventory, visual merchandising, transaction processing) while maintaining service standards and supporting a collaborative team environment.
