Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary business owner for the CLM platform (Malbek) and manage the enhancement backlog and roadmap.
  • •Configure CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata models, approval routing, and reporting capabilities.
  • •Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Studios, Media, and Corporate functions; document processes and future-state workflows.
  • •Drive enterprise contract transformation by expanding CLM capabilities, supporting intake modernization and governance, and partnering to establish scalable practices.
  • •Evaluate and implement AI-enabled contracting capabilities and support pilots with business case development for emerging CLM technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Legal Operations, or related field.
  • •5+ years of business analysis, product ownership, legal operations, contract management, or enterprise application experience.
  • •Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Malbek, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Ariba, or similar.
  • •Strong experience gathering requirements, designing workflows, and managing stakeholder relationships.
