Own and evolve the enterprise contract management platform (Malbek), serving as the primary business lead for CLM capabilities. Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata models, approval routing, and reporting while managing the enhancement backlog and roadmap. Lead requirements gathering across Legal, Procurement, Studios, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology, drive contract process transformation, develop KPIs, and evaluate AI-enabled contracting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary business owner for the CLM platform (Malbek) and manage the enhancement backlog and roadmap.
•Configure CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata models, approval routing, and reporting capabilities.
•Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Studios, Media, and Corporate functions; document processes and future-state workflows.
•Drive enterprise contract transformation by expanding CLM capabilities, supporting intake modernization and governance, and partnering to establish scalable practices.
•Evaluate and implement AI-enabled contracting capabilities and support pilots with business case development for emerging CLM technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Legal Operations, or related field.
•5+ years of business analysis, product ownership, legal operations, contract management, or enterprise application experience.
•Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Malbek, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Ariba, or similar.
•Strong experience gathering requirements, designing workflows, and managing stakeholder relationships.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process transformation.
