Job Summary

Accelerate adoption of WPP enterprise technology products across EMEA by translating global product strategy into regional rollout plans. Own stakeholder readiness and governance, including localized rollout design, risk/control management, and cross-functional communications. Define and track enablement KPIs (adoption, time-to-value, enablement NPS) using dashboards and scorecards, run launch retrospectives, and continuously improve playbooks to realize measurable value for agencies and markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate global product strategies into regional execution plans and benefit hypotheses.
•Design localized rollout plans with dependencies, risks, controls, and cutover steps.
•Run governance cadences (weekly status, risk/issue logs, QBRs) and maintain Wrike dashboards.
•Serve as primary interface between product teams and markets; orchestrate two-way feedback and prepare leadership/market communications.
•Define and track adoption and time-to-value KPIs, publish enablement scorecards, and update playbooks after retrospectives.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years in enterprise technology enablement, program management, or regional rollout leadership within matrixed organisations.
•Proven stakeholder engagement at senior levels; ability to influence without authority.
•Experience leading multi-market product rollouts with clear governance and benefit tracking.
•Data-driven approach to enablement design and measurement (dashboards, adoption analytics).
•Fluent English (written and verbal).
