Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate global product strategies into regional execution plans and benefit hypotheses.
  • •Design localized rollout plans with dependencies, risks, controls, and cutover steps.
  • •Run governance cadences (weekly status, risk/issue logs, QBRs) and maintain Wrike dashboards.
  • •Serve as primary interface between product teams and markets; orchestrate two-way feedback and prepare leadership/market communications.
  • •Define and track adoption and time-to-value KPIs, publish enablement scorecards, and update playbooks after retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years in enterprise technology enablement, program management, or regional rollout leadership within matrixed organisations.
  • •Proven stakeholder engagement at senior levels; ability to influence without authority.
  • •Experience leading multi-market product rollouts with clear governance and benefit tracking.
  • •Data-driven approach to enablement design and measurement (dashboards, adoption analytics).
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal).
