Key Responsibilities

•Identify international tax issues, perform technical tax research and participate in hands-on work on multiple international tax projects including modeling impacts of tax initiatives and developments.
•Manage permanent establishment risks, collaborating with Legal, HR, International Payroll, Global Mobility and other departments to mitigate risks and set up international structures, documentation and processes.
•Partner with foreign tax advisors for foreign country tax planning and compliance, including filing of foreign income tax returns.
•Prepare international tax compliance calculations and documentation for the U.S. federal income tax return (Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8993) and assist with other U.S. reporting (e.g., Form 1042).
•Prepare country-by-country reports concerning foreign operations and manage external advisors’ preparation of local country files.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree required.
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in international tax planning and compliance, including public accounting background.

•Experience in international tax reporting and compliance including FDII, GILTI, and foreign tax credits.
