Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical integrations for Deliveroo’s restaurant and grocery partners, coordinating kickoff planning, milestones, communications, and rollout execution. Manage integration from testing through UAT and production go-live, troubleshoot issues with engineering and product, and oversee issue tracking, escalation, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously optimize processes after launches and partner feedback, collaborating with Product Management to support prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage pre-kickoff preparations, project kickoffs, milestones, and project communications to support successful adoption by key accounts.
•Lead end-to-end technical integration of partners through test planning, UAT, and production go-live, troubleshooting issues with engineering and product.
•Oversee project lifecycle activities including rollout plans, go-live criteria, owners for each stage, issue tracking/clearing, and escalation management during launches.
•Drive stakeholder alignment across external partners and internal teams, communicating changes and advocating for needed support throughout release cycles.
•Identify process improvements from each launch and execute required changes across product and engineering, business, or POS teams while aggregating partner feedback and liaising with Product Management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in Technical Integrations Management, Technical Programme Management, or similar roles.
•Technical understanding to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience managing API integration project lifecycles, including end-to-end integration through go-live.
•Ability to manage technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions.
•Strong project planning and stakeholder management, with practical working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
