  • •Coordinate daily operational responsibilities with the PreAccess team to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • •Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and revenue cycle best practices.
  • •Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce denials.
  • •Demonstrate a consistent standard of excellence, ensuring all team activities align with departmental and organizational expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting.
  • •1–2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role.
  • •Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and patient access systems.
