Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate PreAccess activities, ensuring timely and accurate registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance.
•Coordinate daily operational responsibilities with the PreAccess team to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
•Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and revenue cycle best practices.
•Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce denials.
•Demonstrate a consistent standard of excellence, ensuring all team activities align with departmental and organizational expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
•Minimum of 3 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting.
•1–2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role.
•Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and patient access systems.
