Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the global GTM data model and ensure segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle work across regions with consistent fields and controlled regional variation.
•Own the GTM tooling stack (HubSpot, Segment, Braze, SQL, dbt) and the data pipelines that transform raw data into revenue-ready datasets, including governance and vendor management.
•Lead the canonical funnel definitions (MQL, SQL, SAL, Opportunity, Closed Won/Lost) and publish region-specific metrics and conversion rates for benchmarking and accountability.
•Define and enforce pipeline hygiene standards (required fields, close-date discipline) and drive improvements through automation and reporting.
•Own revenue operations discipline including deal desk governance, enablement tooling, and standard CRM processes to drive scalable growth.
