Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee instrumentation and control (I&C) construction activities on a major EPCM refinery project, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and schedule achievement.
  • •Ensure instrumentation & control construction contractors comply with HSES policy, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Supervise and coordinate instrumentation construction activities including instrument installation, cable tray and instrument cabling, junction boxes, marshalling cabinets, control system interfaces, and field instrumentation works.
  • •Monitor construction progress and ensure work completion in accordance with approved schedules, quality requirements, and project objectives.
  • •Conduct site inspections and construction surveillance (walk-downs), and support inspection/testing, loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning preparation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant construction experience in an Instrument Supervisor role on major EPCM, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or power projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years working on live plant (greenfield, brownfield, turnaround, shutdown, or revamp) projects within industrial facilities.
  • •Extensive experience managing instrumentation and control construction activities in refinery/petrochemical/oil & gas/power generation or similar process environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of instrumentation drawings and documentation including loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, wiring diagrams, instrument indexes, and project specifications.
  • •Proven experience supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with project safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
