Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regular and irregular maintenance with independence and limited supervision, handling defined problems and maintenance on a machine, independently or via escalation.
  • •Gather information, analyze using available means, obtain diagnostic data if needed, decide on initial approach and execute; consult with others as necessary.
  • •Handover problems to 2nd line support, document and package data relevant for resolution (e.g., pass-downs, work orders, field service reports).
  • •Use tools, replace parts and adjust settings to execute repairs and standard service actions independently.
  • •Explain actions to users, train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment, and report opportunities for changes to user procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent).
  • •Experience in a technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • •Basic MS Office skills.
  • •Basic English skills.
