Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up locations, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Sell cashier’s checks, redeem savings bonds, and process consumer credit card applications.
  • •Answer clients’ questions in person and over the telephone, directing clients to bankers and identifying cross-sell/referral opportunities.
  • •Maintain security and compliance by following dual-control procedures, cash drawer reconciliation, and protecting confidential information.
  • •Reconcile cash drawer by counting, packaging currency/coin, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and completing special client requests and safe-deposit box procedures.
