Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, assess, and coordinate enterprise incident response for actual or potential business-impacting incidents.
  • •Activate and facilitate incident response teams and escalation processes based on severity criteria and governance requirements.
  • •Lead cross-functional incident response efforts to drive timely resolution and support decision-making throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • •Deliver clear, consistent communications to senior leadership, impacted stakeholders, and response teams, including required regulatory/client/vendor/partner engagement.
  • •Facilitate post-incident and after-action reviews, track remediation actions, and support continuous improvement of incident management frameworks, playbooks, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •4-12 years of experience in financial services, custody operations, operational resilience, business continuity, incident management, risk, controls, or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of incident management and operational resilience/business continuity or related risk and control frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of operational and business functions across custody, custody operations, asset management, or financial services.
  • •Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
