Serve as a trusted advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers by engaging them at the counter, phone, and email to understand needs and recommend solutions. Apply product expertise to guide purchasing decisions, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and use catalogs and manufacturer databases to find parts and provide accurate information. Process transactions efficiently, manage special orders and follow-ups, support inventory activities, and collaborate with outside sales to drive account growth.
