Key Responsibilities

  • •Experience in Personal Data Privacy and privacy compliance across client organizations.
  • •Advise on and ensure client policies are in compliance with codes of practice such as PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law).
  • •Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures in consultation with key stakeholders
  • •Inform and advise data controllers/processors on all matters related to data protection
  • •Promote a culture of data protection and compliance across all units of the organization and conduct audits to address potential issues

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data privacy or related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or information Management from a recognized and approved program
  • •Knowledge of industry-leading data governance and data management practices
  • •Practical track record in data privacy practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets
  • •CDMP Certified; CIPP certification is a plus
