Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally in the EPC solar industry.
  • •Hands-on structural analysis and design for dead, live, snow, wind, and seismic loads, including steel and concrete structures and construction documents.
  • •Advanced proficiency with finite element analysis tools such as RISA 3D and STAAD (or equivalent).
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) license in multiple states and strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ASTM, AISC, AISI, ACI).
