Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of the EMEA Analyst Program across the full 2-year lifecycle as the single point of contact for Analysts.
  • •Manage Analyst rotations, performance processes, engagement activities, learning experiences, and final placements for consistent program delivery.
  • •Partner with Global and Learning teams to design and manage the EMEA learning journey and evaluate/select training vendors.
  • •Work with business leaders and HR Business Partners to define rotational opportunities, performance expectations, and program success metrics.
  • •Produce program insights, dashboards, performance themes, and ROI measures; gather feedback and drive iterative improvements.
