Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients’ homes.
  • •Use mobile technology to access your schedule, commute, and coordinate care.
  • •Build patient connections and collect relevant information in a warm, compassionate manner.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and other preventative/diagnostic, low-acuity services (including sample/specimen collection, retina exams, and ECGs as applicable).
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture/collecting specimens.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance for travel to patient homes.
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check; complete required clinical license search.
