Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of financial products, including consumer and business checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine client and prospect needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • •Process new consumer loan requests and participate in conversations/process new small business loan requests.
