Job Summary

Maintain and repair a range of customer and company-owned Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment at the Advanced Solutions rental facility. Use the company’s technology to manage work orders and diagnose faults quickly, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures at the shop and customer sites, and maintaining complete daily documentation. Work standard weekday hours with overtime potential and on-call scheduling, and support training for lower level technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
•Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and customer locations and handle repairs.
•Use technology (laptops and tablets) and maintain daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
•Assist with setup and operation of equipment at the shop and customer sites, and help train lower level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

•Own tools applicable to the position.
•Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
•Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
•Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and reading schematics.
•EPA 608 certification is preferred (or able to obtain within 6-12 months).
