Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the monthly actuals and forecast rhythm, collecting stakeholder inputs, validating assumptions, and highlighting anomalies for challenge/escalation.
  • •Prepare draft MI outputs (variance bridges, trend analysis, commentary starters, trackers) and produce ad hoc variance/run-rate analyses for leadership decision packs.
  • •Support workforce plan interlocks and FRC processes by tracking headcount movements, approval workflows, and governance submissions with audit trail evidence.
  • •Maintain Americas SRO/ATO and CTB portfolio management evidence packs, trackers, and RAID/action logs; coordinate meetings and operate transfer pricing controls.
  • •Lead Mexico regulatory approvals end-to-end for Finance and oversee Finance MX GCN service monitoring adherence to migration policies, SOP validation, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting monthly MI/reporting cycles (actuals/forecast) and producing leadership-ready analysis and pack components.
  • •Strong Excel capability (reconciliations, pivots, structured analysis) and comfort producing clear PowerPoint materials.
  • •Experience working with Change the bank processes and artefacts.
  • •Solid understanding of HSBC Mexico regulatory approval processes and strong organization (timeline, action tracking, dependencies, follow-through).
  • •Clear written communication for status updates, minutes, and concise summaries; comfort working with senior stakeholders.
