Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver asset management projects with major U.S. infrastructure owners and operators, improving performance, risk, and cost outcomes.
  • •Pursue and deliver strategic consulting services across maintenance, technology, asset data, and organization/process improvements.
  • •Lead implementation of asset management improvement initiatives with multi-disciplinary client teams including engineering, capital, operations, and IT.
  • •Develop asset management plans and strategies, including facility condition assessments, asset performance management, lifecycle cost analysis, and prioritization.
  • •Drive business development activities (identifying opportunities, proposal development, and marketing) and mentor junior staff while building client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research, or a closely related discipline.
  • •12+ years of post-education experience performing similar asset management work.
  • •Experience working as a consultant with a successful track record of managing complex asset management project delivery.
  • •Experience across strategic, planning, operational, or technology-related asset management for infrastructure sectors such as transportation, water, energy, municipalities, or utilities.
  • •Experience developing asset data standards (asset hierarchies, definitions, data dictionaries) for EAM system implementation, and pursuing new business with proposal development and winning work.
