Account Manager

Own and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners for Talabat. You’ll act as the main point of contact, supporting partner satisfaction and retention while serving as a trusted advisor. Use sales, operational, and engagement data to identify opportunities in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics. Drive account growth through upsells, cross-promotions, content optimization, and marketing campaigns, while coordinating with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations and managing commercial agreements.
