Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the corporate finance leader supporting the HPMC segment and partnering with Specialty Materials and Forged Products leadership.
  • •Lead operational forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and multi-year strategic financial planning.
  • •Analyze growth initiatives, capital investments, long-term commercial agreements, and cost reduction opportunities.
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly income statement, cash flow, and operational performance forecasts, including executive-level presentations.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models, consolidate operating and strategic plans, and drive standardization, process improvements, and change management across the finance organization.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, operational finance, strategic finance, or business finance leadership in complex manufacturing organizations.
  • •Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or business units in a matrixed environment.
  • •MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • •Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
