Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the Director to establish goals and plans for product cookie program and retail strategies across four Hawaiian islands.
  • •Execute cross-functional initiatives with departments, island managers, and community partnerships to support program goals.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and create solutions that improve efficiency and the volunteer/customer experience.
  • •Troubleshoot and independently manage customer care cases in the CRM system with timely, accurate responses.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for eBudde and Digital Cookie, manage inventory and records, support events and retail operations, and assist with marketing materials/newsletter and social content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience demonstrating skills for event planning, project management, and database utilization.
  • •Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • •Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Office Suite.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
